HOW TO DOWNLOAD NIXIE/UAA (Undeliverable As Addressed) FROM BUSINESS CUSTOMER GATEWAY:
Go to www.USPS.com
Go to the bottom of the page
Click Business Customer Gateway UNDER “OTHER USPS SITES”
Sign In (Enter Username and Password, click Sign in)
(Username and Password are CASE SENSITIVE)
Click MAILING REPORTS (UNDER Favorite Services on the right side)
Click Data Distribution/Informed Visibility Dashboard (Under FULL SERVICE)
Click Download (Right side of #4 Full-Service ACS Nixie Report
Enter the Date Range (limit to 7 days)
Click Search
If there’s any data to download, the Download Data button will appear
Choose Excel file to the right of in the format of: before clicking Download Data
On the bottom of your screen, you have the option to Open, Save or Cancel, click Save, then click Open Folder
The Excel filename starts with report. Open the file and click Enable Editing.
Save and email excel file to Jay@castlepress.com. Rename filename to include Castle Press 6 digit job number for reference.
You will receive the Nixie data via email from Castle Press.
