At Castle Press, our Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) certification signifies our unwavering dedication to responsible forestry practices. With FSC-certified paper, recycled, and specialty stocks available from trusted brands like Mohawk, Neenah, and Wausau, we ensure that every print project not only meets the highest quality standards but is also “forest friendly” and contributes to the preservation of our precious natural resources. We continue to engineer our projects to maximize each sheet, minimize waste, and participate in the recycling of all our paper.

Recycle, Reuse, Renew
From the paper stock used in project production, to our printing plates, corrugated boxes, pallets, packing fill and office papers, we work to recycle and reuse as much as possible. We look to renewable energy sources and efficiencies within our facility with a green focus to benefit our planet and future generations. ♻️
Environmentally-Friendly Inks & Varnishes
Castle Press mixes eco-friendly inks, minimizing waste and responsibly disposing of any remaining product. Our inks are 100% vegetable oil-based, decreasing our reliance on petroleum products. Applying water-based polymer varnishes sparingly, Castle Press opts for solutions that do not require clean-up solvents and can be economically recycled, furthering its commitment to eco-conscious practices.
Eco-Friendly Production Techniques
Castle Press employs minimally invasive production techniques, such as non-toxic, biodegradable, toner-based digital printing, to reduce its environmental footprint and promote sustainability. Our printing plates are water-based, process free, which means no harmful chemicals or metals go into the waste stream.
Reduced VOC Emissions
By using sharply lower amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), we are proud of being part of an industry that has cut it's emissions by over 20% and has minimized it's negative impact on the atmosphere.
Database Management for Reduced Overprinting
