When using Castle Press’ mailing services your list will be analyzed and incorrect information will be returned to you for updating your company database.

Your file requirements are:

Your file must have a minimum of 100 records and no more than 5 million records.

Your file must be in one of the following formats:

  • CSV

  • Microsoft Excel (97 or newer)

Your file must include a minimum of ALL of the following fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Address

  • City

  • State

  • Zip Code (5-digit)

You should also include a unique ID field so you can easily find any changed records in your database when you update it.
